Date of Workshops: 5th December 2025
Instructions:
1. Conclave Registration is Mandatory
Only participants registered for the main Conclave can register for Pre-Conclave Workshops.
2. One Workshop per Participant
- A delegate shall register for only one Pre-Conclave Workshop at a time.
- Separate registration and payment are required for the chosen workshop.
3. Check Workshop Timings
- If registering for more than one workshop, ensure that their timings do not overlap.
- The Organisers will not be responsible for clashes in schedules.
4. Limited Seats
- Each Workshop has a maximum capacity.
- Once seats are full, registration for that workshop will automatically close.
5. Minimum Participation Requirement
- Workshops with fewer than the minimum required participants may be cancelled by the organisers.
- In such cases, registered participants will be informed and refunded.
6. Bring Your Own Materials
- Participants must carry their own stationery, laptop and Wifi-Hotspot/Dongle (if required for the workshop).
7. Payment Confirmation
- Registration will be considered valid only after successful payment and verification of the Workshop fee.
